Don Papa Baroko
Don Papa Baroko is a Filipino sugarcane spirit, aged in oak barrels at the foot of Mount Kanlaon. Don Papa is produced by the Bleeding Heart Rum Company on the Philippine island of Negros, in an area also known as Sugarlandia. Here, optimal conditions exist for growing sugarcane, and only top-class local molasses is used in its production.
After distillation, Don Papa Baroko is aged in American oak barrels. Don Papa Baroko has flavour notes of vanilla, fruit, and a hint of citrus. It is a sweeter sugarcane spirit that has been very popular in recent years. 40% ABV - 70 cl.
