Goslings Ginger Beer Soda is a soft drink that is particularly suitable for cocktails. It is used, among other things, in the recipe for a Dark and Stormy, where you simply mix Goslings Black Seal rum with Goslings Ginger Beer and garnish with lime. You can optionally purchase extra Goslings Ginger Beer if you want a slightly sweeter Dark and Stormy.

Gosling's Rum from Bermuda is known, among other things, from the Dark 'n Stormy cocktail, which uses Gosling's Black Seal 80 Proof Rum. Gosling's Family Reserve Old Rum is a top-class rum and one of our own favorites (although it is hard to come by and often sold out).
