Isle of Fionia 10 Year Stillness in the Storm Single Malt Whisky
Isle of Fionia Stilhed i Stormen (Stillness in the Storm) is a Danish 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky from Nyborg Destilleri. This means that the whisky was distilled at Ørbæk in December 2014, before Nyborg Destilleri acquired their own pot still in 2017.
This is a limited edition single cask whisky with only 233 bottles in total. Isle of Fionia Stilhed i Stormen was matured in a PX Sherry Butt for 10 years and 9 months before being bottled at cask strength in September 2025.
When nosing this Isle of Fionia Stilhed i Stormen Whisky, notes of raisins, vanilla, plums, licorice, dried fruit, cocoa, and prunes emerge. The taste offers notes of licorice, oranges, Christmas cake, raisins, and a hint of cocoa. The finish features raisins, dried fruit, and plums.
Eco-certified Danish whisky. Non-chill filtered - natural color. 58.2% - 70 cl.
