Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks Rum
Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks Rum is first separately aged in used barrels from Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Buffalo Trace. The rum is then blended, and the final blend remains in the same type of barrel for the last 5 years of the aging period. The name "The Forgotten Casks" refers to a number of barrels that were forgotten after a major fire at St. Lucia Distillers in 2007. When they were found again, it turned out that the rum inside had developed a fantastic, complex taste. Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks Rum has notes of raisins, tobacco, vanilla, honey, and spices. Limited edition. 40% - 700 ml.
