This flagship product is a blend of column-distilled rum (Coffey still) and three copper pot stills, which is then aged in bourbon barrels for 7 to 12 years. 90% of the blend is traditional molasses rum, while 10% is sugarcane juice (agricole rum) from sugarcane grown by St. Lucia Distillers themselves. Nose: raisins, toasted oak, leather, spices, and tobacco. Taste: raisins with a hint of caramel and soft oak on the palate.
