Chairman's Reserve Rum Vintage 2011 is from St. Lucia Distillers, who present a very special "limited release" and the 3rd Vintage edition, featuring innovative cask maturation.

Vintage 2011 is a combination of pot still and column distilled rum, aged for 11 years in brandy and wine casks respectively, before being blended by Master Blender, Deny Duplessis. The blended rum then underwent a final 10-month maturation in bourbon casks.

When nosing Chairman's Reserve Rum Vintage 2011, notes of raisins, toffee, pear, and lemon are perceived. The palate and finish offer notes of strawberry, oak spices, apples, and coconut.

Chairman's Reserve Rum is produced by St. Lucia Distillers, which makes rum using both column and pot still distillation. St. Lucia Distillers also produces Admiral Rodney Rum, among others. The Chairman's Reserve rum series includes the Finest Rum edition for cocktails and The Forgotten Cask for pure enjoyment.
