The Knob Creek distillery is located in Clermont, Kentucky, USA. Here, they try to follow old bourbon whiskey recipes, while the distillery also produces some rye whiskey. The flagship product is called Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and is aged for 9 years in white oak barrels.
