Rhubarb - Freshly made Spritzer is made from lots of cold-pressed rhubarb juice, Polynesian vanilla, organic cane sugar, water from the town's well, and a little carbonation. Best enjoyed chilled.

Ebeltoft Farm Brewery produces high-quality specialty beers and soft drinks. The brewery is beautifully located just outside Ebeltoft, and if you visit at the right time - especially in summer, you can enjoy both a beer or two and the fantastic view. Many different Ebeltoft Farm Brewery soft drinks (including Rhubarb) and various beer types such as IPA, pilsner, etc., are produced. A top seller is Wildflower IPA, and they also make Weissbier, Sommerdrømme, and Påskebryg.
