The Macallan Time : Space Mastery Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a very special release in connection with The Macallan's 200th anniversary. With this bottle, we honour the whisky masters of the past, and at the same time, we look into The Macallan's future as a luxury brand, which also largely concerns The Macallan's special casks.
With this whisky, The Macallan has hand-picked whisky from some of the best European Oak casks. The packaging is completely unique and extravagant with 200 "spikes" symbolising the protection of The Macallan's history and the protection of this special bottle.
In connection with the launch of the bottle in Denmark, we ourselves had the opportunity to taste The Macallan Time : Space Mastery whisky, and we were very impressed by the combination of intensity and balance. When you smell this whisky, beautiful aromas of dates, figs, chocolate, honey, sweet oak and tropical fruits such as mango and papaya emerge. The first sip reveals notes of dried fruit, orange, honey, ginger and cinnamon, and it all finishes with caramelised pineapple, vanilla, chocolate and coffee.
