Three Rivers

Trois Rivières is an rhum agricole rum from Martinique, which, due to French colonisation, produces a slightly drier rum. The rum is made directly from sugar cane (instead of the more common use of the by-product molasses), and the rum is single-column distilled. Used bourbon barrels are used for aging.
