Casa Mariol Negro Vermouth
Casa Mariol Negro Vermouth or "Vermut", as it's written on the bottle, is from Cellers Mariol in Batea, Spain. The red Casa Mariol vermouth is made from the Macabeo grape, and the following botanicals are used: thyme, green walnut, orange peel, cardamom, wormwood, and rosemary. When you smell and taste it, you'll perceive aromas of thyme, vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, licorice, and cloves. The vermouth has a refreshing acidity, is very well-balanced, round, complex, and has a strong personality.
