Los Siete Misterios Mezcal blev grundlagt i 2011 af brødrene Julio og Eduardo Mestre med en intention om at bevare passionen, traditionerne og kulturen i mezcal-verdenen. Los Siete Misterios tilbyder en lang række af mezcal, der hver især fremhæver en enkel agave variant. Mezcal'en bliver altid lavet på 100% naturlig agavesukker, der stammer fra modne planter, og som bliver produceret med traditionelle metoder. Det betyder bl.a., at agaven bliver tilberedt i underjordiske ovne, at gæringer sker naturligt, og at deres mezcal bliver destilleret to gange i håndlavede lerpotter.
Mezcal Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej er deres første kobber-still destillat, der er lavet udenfor Sola de Vega. Det er en velbalanceret Mezcal med duft og smag af bl.a. citron, lime, grape, røg og æbler.
