He learned whisky production at both Longmorn and Hazelburn in Scotland and at Yamazaki in Japan, and is perhaps the most decisive figure in the development and success of Japanese whisky. In Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt whisky, you will find well-balanced notes of malt, smoke, apple, and citrus fruits. 43% – 70cl.
