Patridom XO Cask is made from both fresh sugar cane juice and molasses. This sugar cane spirit is aged in the tropical climate of the Dominican Republic, in American and French oak barrels, for a period of twelve to fifteen years.
Patridom is a tribute to the history of the Dominican Republic, sugar cane, rum, and sugar cane spirit. The series consists of delicate premium blends from the Dominican Republic, all tropically aged. Each edition is passionately crafted using hand-cut sugar cane.
Patridom XO Cask is distilled by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, who only process their own sugar cane, ensuring that only Dominican sugar cane is used.
The aroma is a fusion of sweetness and acidity, accompanied by nuances of coconut and beeswax. When it comes to the taste experience, one can expect a full-bodied character supported by an oily structure. Notes of raisins combine with hints of dark chocolate, adding a pleasant bitterness to the finish. 65% - 50 cl.
