Patridom XO Limited Edition Cognac Finish is based on Patridom XO, which is a "premium spirit drink" from the Dominican Republic, bottled by 1423 and distilled by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, made from fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. Patridom XO has aged for 12 to 15 years in a tropical climate in American and French oak barrels in the Dominican Republic.
This Limited Edition version has undergone an additional continental aging in ex-Cognac casks, which adds a fruity note. Patridom XO Cognac Cask Finish was bottled in July 2023, resulting in 2333 bottles.
When you first smell it, notes of wine and sweet fruits emerge, complemented by subtle hints of cinnamon and apricots. Upon first taste, you will experience sweet wine and fresh fruit, quickly supplemented by a hint of vanilla, finishing with a spicy note. 43% - 70 cl.
