This rum blend has an average age of 25 years. Each year, 1,200 liters are drawn from the many casks, and then they are allowed to 'simmer' for another 15 years. Each Santa Teresa Bicentenario AJ Vollmer Ron Anejo bottle is numbered and bears the signature of the founder of the Santa Teresa house - Alberto J. Vollmer. This rum was first released in 1996, and its age has given it a lot of flavor and aroma. Nose: Distinct orange, typical Santa Teresa, spices, pleasant cane sugar, and in good balance. Taste: Coffee, chocolate, spices, and cane sugar. Aftertaste: Pleasant spices with a light sweetness. 40% – 70 cl.

Santa Teresa rum is from Venezuela, just like the highly acclaimed Ron Diplomatico rum series. Santa Teresa 1796 Ron Antiguo is the most popular product, and this rum is made using the Solera method with distillates that are up to 15 years old. The series also includes the exclusive Santa Teresa Bicentenario AJ Vollmer Rum 25-year edition, which, however, due to very limited quantities, is difficult to find and therefore often sold out.
