Longueteau

Longueteau is a Rhum Agricole (agricultural rum) from the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, and the rum is produced by Distillerie du rhum Longueteau Domaine de Sainte-Marie, which was established in 1895. Longueteau is the only distillery in Guadeloupe that is self-sufficient in sugarcane, and the rum is made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice (as is customary for the production of Rhum Agricole). In the Longueteau rum series, we find, among others, the VS, VSOP, and XO editions, which follow the age classification as we know it from cognac.
