Angostura Cask Collection No.1 Oloroso Sherry Cask Rum Edition 3 is a so-called double-aged rum, initially aged in American bourbon casks and then aged in used Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 9 months.

This special bottling of the third edition of Angostura No. 1 Cask Collection was produced using a unique blend of mature, high-quality aged rums, all carefully and precisely selected based on their unique taste and characteristics. Bottled at 40%, it is the first rum Angostura has matured in sherry casks.

Angostura® Cask Collection No. 1 Oloroso Sherry is an exquisite, silky smooth complex blend – created with a fusion of techniques learned from the old world and refined in the new world.

It has a rich amber color with exceptional clarity. You will experience warm, rounded aromas with a delicate scent of cocoa, molasses, oak, and sweet prunes. The taste is a delightful, well-balanced blend with notes of woodiness, roasted nuts, and hints of sherry. The rum has a medium body and a medium, round, and oaky aftertaste that completes the overall taste experience. 40% - 70 cl.

The assortment consists of Angostura Bitters, White, and 5-year for cocktails, as well as Angostura 7-year, 1919, 1824, and 1787 for pure rum enjoyment.
