Baltasar Gracián Blanco 2023 El Discreto is a Spanish white wine from Bodegas San Alejandro in Catalayud, Aragon, which was founded in 1962. The winery owns 1400 hectares of vineyards located between 700-900 meters above sea level. The cooler climate results in low yields, but in return, ideal, slow ripening of the grapes. Baltasar Gracian is Bodegas San Alejandro's most important series, encompassing both red and white wines. The grapes for the wine are hand-picked and gently pressed to best preserve their freshness. Baltasar Gracián Blanco 2022 El Discreto has an intense aroma of fennel, citrus, and stone fruit and an elegant balance between acidity and body. A pleasant, crisp, fresh, and creamy wine. 13.5% – 75cl.
