Baron Vincent Merlot is an elegant red wine made from grapes harvested at the optimal time of ripeness, ensuring the classic Merlot character from Languedoc. The wine is vinified using traditional methods with a focus on highlighting colour, structure, and aromatic intensity, and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's pure flavour.
The aroma is dominated by ripe blackberries, plums, and subtle spices, while the taste offers black cherries, cassis, and a hint of dark chocolate in a soft, velvety texture. The finish is long, warm, and pleasant, making the wine a perfect companion to roasted and grilled meat dishes, rich pasta dishes, or mature cheeses. Vintage: 2024. 75 cl. - 13%.
