Botran 18-year-old Solera Gran Reserva is made from sugar cane juice extract called 'virgin honey'. The extract is fermented and distilled in a slow process. Botran 18 Solera Gran Reserva is a sophisticated blend of rum aged for up to 18 years. Botran 18 Solera has a deep mahogany color with golden tones. The initial notes are rich in wood, roasted cocoa, vanilla, and caramel. As the rum develops in the glass, aromas of dried fruits, dried cranberries, orange peel, and citrus emerge. It is robust and juicy on the palate, yet dry and explosive with elegant notes of candied fruit, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, roasted cocoa, and delicate citrus fruits. 40% 70cl
