Doorly's 3-year Fine Old Barbados Rum is produced at Foursquare Distillery, led by Richard Seale, and is recognized today as one of the most modern, "honest," and visionary rum distilleries. Doorly's 3-year Fine Old Barbados Rum has no added sugar to sweeten the rum. The distillation method, using both pot still and column still, combined with subsequent aging in oak barrels, ensures a natural sweetness and a full-bodied flavor. This white rum is actually aged for 3 years, after which the color has been removed, but not the flavor. Nose: fruity and aromatic with notes of pineapple and other tropical fruits. Taste: fresh and fruity with notes of coconut. 47% - 70 cl.

Doorly's is from the "Foursquare Rum Distillery" in Barbados, where the distillery is led by rum legend Richard Seale.
