The resulting whisky is bursting with fruit and spice flavours. With a rich character of caramel and fruit, Bell Rock is filled with delicious notes of pecan pie and subtle baked fruits. With balance in mind, they combine the distillate with the wood by using hand-selected casks to enhance and complement the signature profile.
