Michter's

Michter’s was founded by John Shenks in Pennsylvania back in 1753. At that time, the brand was called Shenk’s and later changed its name to Bomberger’s, before becoming Michter’s and establishing its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. We stock Michter's Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye, made from selected American rye grain, Michter's Bourbon Small Batch, Michter's US*1 American Whiskey, which is a Small Batch Unblended whiskey, and finally Michter's US*1 Sour Mash, where some of the "mash" from the previous fermentation is added to the next batch.

In 2023, Michter's was named "The Most Admired Whiskey in the World" by Drinks International.
