The Balvenie Caribbean Cask single malt whisky from Speyside is aged for a minimum of 14 years in oak casks, after which it is finished in rum casks that have contained a blend of Caribbean rum, personally composed by Malt Master David Steward. This gives The Balvenie Caribbean Cask single malt whisky a truly unique composition with notes of toffee, fresh fruits, vanilla, and oak sweetness. 43% – 70cl.

Balvenie
The Balvenie whisky distillery, located in Dufftown in the Speyside region, is a neighbour to Glenfiddich and dates back to the 1890s. The distillery still carries out its own malting, where the germinating barley is turned by hand. Balvenie single malt whisky is primarily matured in American bourbon casks, while certain variants are finished in European oak sherry casks. The whisky is often characterised as full-bodied with notes of honey.
