Dos Maderas Luxury Double Aged Rum
Dos Maderas Luxus Barbados-Guyana Blended Rum is first aged for 10 years in the Caribbean, after which the rum's aging process continues for at least 5 years in "Don Guido" (Pedro Ximenez) sherry casks at Williams & Humbert's Bodega in Jerez, Spain. Nose: almonds, marzipan, cherries and "ris á la mande" (rice pudding with almonds and cherry sauce). Taste: creamy, slightly sweet and plenty of spices. Finish: long, late sweetness with a spicy tail. Dos Maderas Luxus 10+5 years is an excellent, complex rum with sweet and spicy notes.

Dos Maderas from the Caribbean is a series of rums and cane spirits that have undergone double cask aging in oak barrels and Pedro Ximinez sherry casks. Distillation and the first part of the aging process take place in the Caribbean, while the subsequent aging and bottling occur at William & Humbert in Spain. Dos Maderas PX 5+5 year Caribbean Double Aged is the most popular and an absolutely wonderful cane spirit with sweet raisin notes.
