Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You and I is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Orkney, northeast of the Scottish mainland, where the climate is cool and windy for most of the year. The whisky is matured in Swedish Virgin Oak casks, sherry-seasoned European and American Oak casks, and ex-bourbon casks.
Unlike all others who tell you how their whisky tastes, Highland Park invites you to interpret this whisky yourself and assess its aroma/taste. This doesn't have to be in the form of typical tasting notes, but could also be other things that Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You and I makes you think of.
