Stauning Smoke Whisky is a Danish whisky from Stauning near Skjern on the Jutland heath. Stauning Smoke whisky is a mildly smoky single malt whisky made from West Jutland malted barley, smoked over locally harvested peat and heather. Stauning Smoke Whisky is floor-malted, double-distilled in small pot stills over an open fire, and matured in 1st fill wine and spirit casks. The result is a complex and lightly smoky whisky that evokes thoughts of the dunes, the heath, and the wind by the North Sea. 47% ABV - 70 cl.
